One of the most influential
  of the 4c’s is Colour.

Colour will determine your Diamonds ability to reflect light, its rarity and beauty. It will also play a monumental role in its value.

Each Diamond is evaluated and awarded a colour grade. The Diamond Colour grade uses the alphabet to graph these precious stones from Colourless to light yellow.

Diamonds classed between ‘Grades N & Z’ are light yellow in colour. These Diamonds are readily available.
‘Grade D’ Diamonds are extremely rare and are the highest value. These Diamonds are classed as Colourless on the chart.
‘Fancies’ or Coloured Diamonds - Diamonds with strong pure colour are also very rare and are called ‘Fancies’. These Diamonds are valued for their depth of colour (whereas White Diamonds are valued for their lack of colour). Some of the most valuable coloured diamonds are pink diamonds from Australia’s Argyle Mine in Western Australia.
